Introducing the founding members of Queer Colors Theater
As mentioned on the Home Page, QCT is a new face in the industry, and we're very eager to collaborate, meet, and introduce some new queer actors, writers, artists, directors, and so on. Even if you are an ally to the community and not LGBTQIA identifying, please don't let that disparage you from ever reaching out to audition (as we may have straight roles available) or even just to say hello!
Below, you'll be able to meet the founding members of QCT and learn a little bit about us!
Our Story
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a massive impact on the arts, and we hate to see theaters being forced to shut down because of it! We're simply a group of friends and artists who wanted to keep theater alive. All it took was one message in a group chat: "Do you guys want to put a show together?"
Since that initial thought, we've evolved into a full-fledge company now, one that specializes in telling queer stories and collaborating with new and up-and-coming LGBTQIA-identifying artists!
